    The Batch of 1994 also celebrates their Silver Jubilee Year.

    Day One - Friday, 29th November'19
      Event Time Venue
    1. Book Fair Inauguration 9:15 am LRC
    (9.00 to 10.00 am-Junior School students escorted by Junior School staff members along with House Mothers
    And LRC Council Members to be present by 9:05 AM)
    Roster for other classes will be circulated.
    2. Book Fair Ends 1:00 pm  
    3. Parent Teacher Meeting
    (Grades 4 to 12)    		 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Junior School (for Junior School Parents)
    Academic Block (for Middle and Senior School Parents)
    Promotion Examination Syllabus and Mark Sheets to be given to the Parents by Class Teachers.
    4. Tea 11:30 am to 12:00 noon For parents of Junior School (Whitehouse Lawn)
    For parents of Middle and Senior School - Quadrangle (two sets)
    5. Light lunch for Junior School
    and Senior School    		 12:15 pm-1:00 pm Bethany
    Lunch for students and staff
    6. Lunch (Food Stalls) 1:00 pm to 2.00 pm Lower Field
    (For parents on payment)
    7. Annual Athletics Meet 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm Students to assemble by 2:15 PM in the main field
    8. WOBS AGM 3.00 pm Staff Club – 3:00 PM onwards
    9. Tea 4:45 pm For parents, guests and staff only(Skating Rink)
    10. WOBS High Tea for the batch of 1999 and 2009 4.45 pm Orchard Field (side) along Pathway (Only for the Batch of 1999 and 2009)
    11. Junior School Play 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm Activity Centre /Parents to be seated by 5:20 PM
    PR team to usher parents and guests to Activity Centre.
    12 Band Performance* 7:10 pm – 8:00 pm Orchard Field *(addition for this year)
    13. WOBS Dinner 8:30 pm Orchard


    Day Two - Saturday, 30th November' 19
      Event Time Venue
    1. Exhibitions   10:30 am
    till 1:00 pm    		 Old Tennis Courts/Volley Ball and Badminton courts (Woodseats)+ Junior School Lawn+ Art Department
    Inauguration at 10:30 AM. All staff and students to be present outside LRC at 10:20 AM
    Exhibits must be ready by 9.30 AM
    2. Book Fair continues LRC
    3. Running Tea 11:30 am – 12:30 pm Skating Rink
    For parents, guests and staff only
    4. WOBS Assembly
    Batch of 1994    		 1:10 pm Music Department
    (Peacock Stage)
    5. Community Lunch 1:30 pm Lower Field
    6. Batch of 1994 lunch 1:30 pm Principal Cottage (for Invitees only)
    7. Arrival of Chief Guest 4:10 As per the Plan finalised by the Principal
    8. Tea 4:15 pm Skating Rink
    For parents, guests and staff only
    9. Bell Rings 4:45 pm PR team and all staff members to usher Parents and Guests to Activity Centre before door closes at 4.55 PM for Guests
    10. All proceed to the Activity Centre for Speeches,  and Welham News 5.00 pm   Doors to be closedat 4:45 PM (Activity Centre)
    11 Orchestra 6:40 pm Lower Field
    12. All proceed to Theatron for Senior School Play, to be seated by 7:10 pm 7:10 pm Students to be seated by 7:05 PM
    PR team and all staff members to usher Parents and Guests by 6.45 PM for Guests
    13. All to be seated at Theatron 7.15 pm PR team to usher Guests and Parents to Theatron for Play
    14. Senior School Play 7:15 pm For parents, guests, staff and students
    15. Principal’s Dinner 8:30 pm For Invitees only (Orchard Field)


    Day Three - Sunday, 1st December'19
      Event Time Venue/Presence
    1. Carnival 10.30 am to 1.30 pm Students to report before Breakfast to prepare the stall
    All stalls must be ready by 9.30 AM (Lower Field)
    2. Carnival – Inauguration 10:30 pm All students and staff members to assemble at lower field at 10:25 AM
    3. Carnival Ends 1:30 pm All students to help staff in-charges of stalls to windup
    4. Home and School parties leave 2:30 pm onwards
