Chandigarh Alumni Golf Invitational

It was a humble attempt, for the first time, to integrate the Alumni of Leading Boarding Schools with an intention of establishing a common platform. Golf was an excuse to get this up and started!!

The motto of the tournament was ‘Together We Play’

It was a huge opportunity for the golfers of the Alumni of The Doon School, Sanawar, BCS, Mayo and Welham to come together, play and party. The echo of this Tournament was resonating on the FB pages and WhatsApp groups of the respective Alumni Associations. Many came to just watch, in the morning and many more came to party, in the evening

Mayo, Ajmer, won the tournament with Doon School as the 1st Runners upand BCS, finishing a close 2nd Runners up. The prizes were given out by professional golfer, Mr. Jeev Milka Singh., during the gala dinner in the evening. Earlier in the morning, another professional golfer, Mr. Sujan Singh did the inaugural tee off. Both of them, incidentally, are Old Cottoinians.
